Please note, orders received by us after Tuesday noonwill be shipped out the following week unless otherwise indicated. We ship out Mondays for Wednesday deliveries, Tuesdays for Thursday deliveries and Wednesdays for Friday delivery. No weekend deliveries.

Our recommend shipper on all cut flower bouquets and plants is Federal Express. Their minimum shipping charge is $19.95 and up depending on weight and box size for "weekday" deliveries.  We will send you a confirming email with the shipping cost and scheduled delivery date within 24 hours of receiving your order. 

For deliveries, Federal Express requires complete and accurate physical address information.  Any incorrect or incomplete address information will result in an additional $15 charge as an incorrect /incomplete address fee.  In addition, our Freshness Guarantee will be void and delays will be encountered. 

Federal Express “automatically” leaves packages at a residential address without a signature requirement. If you are not certain someone will be at home to accept the package please provide the “work address for delivery” including any suite or floor number. To require a signature there is a $5 fee.

Federal Express does not deliver to post office box addresses.

If recipient has a post office box, please include both the physical and P. O. Box addresses for our records.

U. S. Priority Mail is appropriate for less time-sensitive seeds and plant cuttings and gift boxes if preferred. Delivery dates, however, can only be "estimated."

All major credit cards accepted. Money orders and cashiers checks accepted in advance.

October to April: Winter Wrap/Heat Protection fee of $12 per shipment will be added where applicable. International shipments are available on some products depending on country. Please call our toll free number for details.

NOTE: Winter wrap protection may not protect shipments if they are left out in the cold. It is intended to protect during transit. We are not responsibile for any shipments left at the door or if no one is home to accept the shipment.
